Dr. Sherly Soleiman, MD

Dr. Sherly Soleiman, MD is a board-certified physician with 25+ years of experience in medicine and the founder and medical director of Cosmetic Injectables Center Medspa. She is national faculty for Allergan, one of only eight physician-certified trainers for MD Codes, and a national speaker who teaches injection technique to physicians and nurses locally and nationally. She owns the practice, directs it, and treats Patients here full time, supervising every Provider and every procedure performed at Cosmetic Injectables Center Medspa.

The most common concern Patients raise before a first treatment is not safety. It is whether they will still look like themselves.

That outcome is not luck, and it is not the product. Dermal fillers do not inherently cause an overfilled or unnatural look. With a correct understanding of product rheology, technique, and facial proportion, features can be made to look slimmer, lifted, and rejuvenated. The same holds for the procedures Patients most often hear criticized, including Morpheus8, Sculptra, and lasers, where intensity, depth, placement, and preparation decide the result. Judgment is what separates one outcome from the other, and judgment is what training builds.

Nonsurgical cosmetic procedures are not taught in nursing school or in medical school. Clinicians who perform them learn afterward, through additional training they choose to pursue: conferences, continuing medical education, and hands-on courses with specialists in the field.

The law sets a floor for this work. Every practice must follow required protocols, including a Good Faith Exam before treatment. Training in medical aesthetics sits above that floor. It is a choice, not a requirement. Dr. Sherly Soleiman, MD, board-certified physician and founder and medical director of Cosmetic Injectables Center Medspa, built her focus in medical aesthetics well beyond her medical degree, and our nurses have done the same. Not only our physician but every Provider here is specifically trained, experienced, and knowledgeable in medical aesthetics.

Cosmetic Injectables Center Medspa is physician-owned and physician-operated. Dr. Soleiman owns the practice, directs it, and treats Patients here full time. All Providers hold RN, NP, PA, or MD certification, with Providers having 12+ years of experience. Providers meet monthly on new procedures and updated protocols, with Dr. Soleiman leading that work directly, taking a team approach to safe, natural-looking results with minimal discomfort.
