 No. Exosome products are regulated by the FDA as biologics, and as of 2025 no commercial exosome product is FDA-approved for therapeutic injection in the United States. ExoNext at Cosmetic Injectables Center Medspa is applied topically following microneedling, laser resurfacing, or radiofrequency; it is not administered as a therapeutic injection.
