Melody Kohagura, RN, BSN is a licensed and certified Provider at Cosmetic Injectables Center Medspa, a medical spa in Sherman Oaks, California. Since beginning her medical aesthetics career in 2016, she has built a continuing education record spanning neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, facial anatomy, product rheology, microneedling, Patient safety, and laser and light-based skin rejuvenation. Her approach centers on natural-looking treatment goals, thoughtful consultation, and long-term Patient relationships.

Within her first year in medical aesthetics, Melody completed her first formal injection certification. That early milestone became the foundation for the training record she has continued to build across every category of procedure the practice offers.

Her education has come through conferences, continuing medical education, and hands-on training with specialists in the field. In injectables, that includes advanced technique for the temples and infraorbital hollows, the MD Codes approach to facial assessment, and coursework in facial anatomy and product rheology. She has completed the Allergan Medical Institute Master Expert Program and was selected to participate in the Allergan Medical Institute Healthcare Professional Advisory Board, a national panel of physicians and Providers that contributes to ongoing medical aesthetic education. Her coursework also covers Good Clinical Practice and Patient safety.

Her training extends well beyond injectables. She has completed SkinPen microneedling training for collagen induction and skin rejuvenation, along with device training on the Lumenis ResurFX fractional laser, the Lumenis Stellar M22 platform for photorejuvenation and pigmentation, and Q-Switched Nd:YAG for pigment and tattoo clearance. That range means a consultation with Melody can consider treatments across categories rather than defaulting to one.

At Cosmetic Injectables Center Medspa, Melody applies this depth of training within the practice’s on-site, physician-led care model. Dr. Sherly Soleiman, MD, board-certified physician and founder and medical director of Cosmetic Injectables Center Medspa, practices full time in Sherman Oaks and supervises all treatments.
