Lasers for Lighter Skin Types
-Shave hair in area of desired treatment prior to your appointment.
-Wait 14 days after filler injections before having laser procedures for vascular and pigment conditions in the same area.
-Discontinue blood-thinning medications for 5 days prior to procedure to decrease the risk of bruising (ie Ibuprofen/Advil/Motrin, Aspirin, Fish Oil, Vitamin E, Omega 3).
Lasers for Darker Skin Types
-Start skin lightening creams 3-4 weeks prior to your treatments.

-Discontinue any irritant topical agents for 2-3 days prior to treatment.
Arrive for treatment with clean skin. There should be no lotion, make-up, perfume, powder or bath/shower oil present on the skin in the area to be treated.
* AFTER:-Use a physical (zinc oxide) sun block SPF 30+ at all times after 24-48 hours.
-Cleanse only with water or gentle cleansers and pause any irritant topical agents for 2-3 days prior to treatment.

- Expect possible bruising or swelling that may last about 3-14 days
