Dermal Fillers
Plan to remain on the ground (no flying) for a minimum of 7 days post-treatment.

Keep your head upright to ensure the neuromodulator settles exactly where intended.
Laser Treatments
Be transparent about any recent medications; some drugs (including certain antibiotics) can make your skin photosensitive and reactive to laser energy.
PRF & Microneedling
Stay hydrated and arrive with a clean face.
Don'ts
All treatments
Take blood-thinning medications or supplements (such as Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Vitamin E, or Fish Oil) for at least one week prior to your appointment to minimize bruising.
Dermal Fillers
Schedule any dental visits or cleanings within two weeks before or after your filler appointment to prevent the risk of infection.We discourage any traveling after fillers for at least one week due to low airpressure in-flight
Wrinkle Relaxers
Lay flat or bend over for at least 4–6 hours after your injections.Don't engage in vigorous exercise or high-heat activities (saunas, hot yoga) for 4–6 hours post-treatment to prevent the product from migrating.
Laser Treatments
Have any sun exposure or use tanning beds/self-tanners for 3 weeks prior to your laser visit. Tanned skin significantly increases the risk of complication; Don't use Retin-A, retinol, or other "active" topical prescription creams for 3–5 days before your procedure.
