How the Procedure Works
Jeuveau administration is a simple procedure. It is a minimally invasive procedure that can be done in the doctor’s office. It doesn’t require systemic anesthetics and you can go back home the same day. However, topical and local anesthesia is available complimentary at our office.
Before & Preparation
Before the procedure, you will have a consultation with one of our experts. In this consultation, the consultant will:
- Fully evaluate you and ensure your eligibility for the procedure.
- Explore your desires and help you set feasible expectations.
- Find out the medications you are on.
- Give you more information on the procedure, its risks, and side effects.
You will also be given certain instructions on what to do and not to do ahead of the procedure. These include:
- Stop Blood-thinning medications like Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Vitamin E, etc. at least 1 week before the procedure.
- Stop smoking and drinking alcohol at least 48 hours before the procedure.
- Reduce exposure to sunlight in the days leading to the procedure.
- Don’t wax or tweeze the area for this procedure.
- Come in with your face clean of any makeup or creams.
During the Procedure
- Duration: 5 to 10 minutes
- Equipment used: Ultra Slim needle

Aftercare & Recovery

- Sit upright for at least 4 hours post-procedure.
